Digital Panel Meters for Position,
Length, Angle & Speed
Product Selection Guide
| Position, length, angle
and speed scaled to engineering units can be displayed by the three Laureate digital panel meters below.
The readings are arithmetically scaled for display in engineering units, such as
inches, mm, degrees, or m/s. Options include an analog output scaled to the display,
relays for
alarm or control, and data I/O. Five or six 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits,
1/8 DIN case. |

Laureate Quadrature Position & Rate Meter,
Model QD
This counter accepts low-level differential or
single-ended 5 V logic level quadrature signals from shaft encoders to
display scaled position or scaled rate in engineering units from -999,999 to +999,999. Six 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits,
1/8 DIN case.

Laureate
Dual-Channel Pulse Totalizer, Model FR
For position, one channel counts pulses from a sensor with a pulse
output, such as non-contact proximity switch, and a second channel is used to inhibit counts or
to change the count direction for dynamic up / down totalizing. Speed
can also be displayed. Display scaled in engineering units from -999,999 to +999,999. Six 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits,
1/8 DIN case.

Laureate Linear
Displacement Meter, Model P
In linear displacement transducer or potentiometric pot follower
applications, the signal from a sliding contact voltage divider is converted to
position units such as feet, cm, or mm. Speed is obtained from
successive readings. High 1 Gohm input resistance on 2 V scale. Display scaled in engineering units from
-99,999 to +99,999. Five 0.56" (14.2 mm) high digits,
1/8 DIN case.
