Laurel Electronics, Inc.
collects client information during the normal course of
its business, including names, addresses, phone numbers,
mailing and shipping addresses, email addresses, product
interests, and credit histories. Clients, as used
herein, may include current accounts, past accounts, or potential accounts. Laurel will only use client information to sell its own products. Laurel may share this information with authorized distributors who are serving Laurel's client base, also with contractors working on Laurel's behalf and under its direction. Laurel will not divulge, resell, rent or lease client information to other parties, thereby ensuring the privacy of its clients and protecting them from third-party email Spam, mailings, and telemarketing. Laurel could merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or some or all of its assets could be acquired. If such a combination or acquisition should occur, Laurel will make every reasonable effort to notify its clients that information will be shared with the merging or acquiring entity, so that the latter can continue to serve Laurel's client base. |
