Panel Meters Part Number L70120VF1 by Laurel Electronics is an Extended analog input rate meter and totalizer with includes voltage-to-frequency signal conditioner, universal 85-264 Vac or 95-300 Vdc power, two 8A Form C contact relays, two 4-20 mA or 0-10V analog outputs, and six green 14.2 mm (0.56 inch) LED digits, Extended capabilities. The meter can be scaled to display rate or totalized rate to six digits for 0-1 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10V analog process signals. For example, the display can be scaled to show flow rate in gallons/minute or liters/sec, or to show volume in gallons or liters from the 0-10V output of a flow transducer. Or the display can be scaled to display power consumption in kilowatts or total utilized energy in kilowatt-hours based on the 0-1 mA output of a watt transducer. Square root extraction is selectable and can be applied to rate or total. This makes this meter ideal for use with differential pressure flow meters with a squared output. Totalized volume is based on linearized rate. Extended capabilities include batch control based on linearized total, custom curve linearization, and time based on rate, such as the time that it will take a conveyor to traverse an oven. Modular architecture provides a choice of power supply boards, relay boards for alarm or control, analog output boards, and communication boards. Available communication boards include RS232, RS485, USB and Ethernet. The Modbus protocol is fully supported as is the simpler Custom ASCII protocol. Power and all inputs and outputs are mutually isolated. The meter fits in a 1/8 DIN panel cutout (92 x 45 mm) and is protected to NEMA 4X (IP65) when panel mounted. It is certified to CE, RoHS, and ETL / UL standards.
