On-board antenna allows meter installation inside plastic cabinets. Complies with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standard for 2.4 GHZ wireless communications at up to 72 Mbits/sec. Includes mini-USB connector for meter programming and data transfer at 38400 bits/sec. Able to transmit 60 analog readings/sec. Works with Modbus TCP protocol.

RS232 Board with RJ11 Connector

RS232 Board with RJ11 Connector, P/N L232

Used for point-to-point communications at 9600 baud. RTS line can be set high momentarily for single readings. Supports Modbus RTU and Custom ASCII protocols. Using Custom ASCII, can stream analog readings in continuous mode at up to 60 readings/sec.
RS485 Board with Dual RJ11 Connectors

RS485 Board with Dual RJ11 Connectors, P/N L485

Dual RJ11 connectors allow these boards to be daisy chained with our CBL03 data cables, so that up to 31 meters can be addressed in multipoint mode on the same half or full duplex RS485 line at 9600 baud. Supports the Modbus RTU and Custom ASCII protocols, both of which offer an addressable command mode.

The easiest way to connect a Laureate meter or counter to the USB port of a PC. Uses a standard USB cable with Type A and B connectors. Supports the Modbus RTU and Custom ASCII protocols in point-to-point mode at 9600 baud. Using Custom ASCII, can stream analog readings at 60 readings/sec.
USB-to-RS485 Gateway Board

USB-to-RS485 Gateway Board, P/N LUSB485

Connects to the USB port of a PC with a standard USB cable with Type A and B connectors. Also provides an RJ11 connector to for multipoint communications at 9600 baud to an RS485 bus with up to 31 Laureate instruments. The host meter and remote meters are fully addressable using the Modbus RTU or Custom ASCII protocols.
Ethernet Board

Ethernet Board, P/N LNET

Allows Laureate meters or counters to be connected to the same LAN as a PC or HMI, or to be connected to a remote network via the Internet. The host meter responds to commands issues by a Master PC or HMI using the Modbus TCP protocol. The Ethernet node and its host device (or instruments) are automatically discovered by Instrument Setup (IS) software. Communications are at 9600 baud.
Ethernet-to-RS485 Gateway Board

Ethernet-to-RS485 Gateway Board, P/N LNET485

Provides an RJ45 connector to an Ethernet LAN plus an RJ11 connector to an RS485 bus with up to 31 Laureate instruments. The host meter and remote devices respond to commands issued by a Master PC or HMI using the Modbus RTU protocol, which is seamlessly converted to Modbus TCP. The Ethernet node, its host device, and all Laureate devices on the RS485 bus are automatically discovered by Instrument Setup (IS) software. Communications are at 9600 baud.
