Laureate Pulse Input Rate Meter, Model FR

6-digit scalable counter with dual pulse / AC inputs from turbine flow meters. Allows square root extraction, custom curve linearization, and display of rate or total. Dual channels allow addition or subtraction of two flow rates for net flow, or the ratio of two flow rates to control mixing operations. Includes isolated transducer excitation supply. 5-digit DC digital panel meter for analog signals such as 0-10 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V. Laureate Process Totalizer, Model VF

This digital panel meter totalizes 0-1 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V analog signals, for example to display totalized volume from the 4-20 mA analog signal of a flow meter transducer. Capabilities include zero and span adjustment, square root extraction from differential flow meter signals, custom curve linearization, and elapsed time based on rate (for example, the time it will take to fill a tank at the current flow rate. The Extended Laureate with FR dual-channel signal conditioner accepts pulses from turbine flow meters and other transducers with a pulse output. Laureate Analog Input Batch Controller, Model VF

A high-sensitivity 5-digit meter for use with load cells, strain gauges and microvolt input signals where high accuracy and stability are required. Load cell operation allows 4- or 6-wire hookup and display in engineering units, such as lbs, kg or psi. Built-in excitation for up to four 350-ohm load cells in parallel.

Microminiature Digital Process Meter, Model M-35

Factory calibrated for five jumper selectable resistance ranges from 20Ω to 200 KΩ. Exceptional accuracy of ±0.01% of full scale. In the 20-ohm range, resolution is 1 milliohm, making the meter suitable for contact resistance measurements. 2, 3 or 4 wire connection to eliminate lead resistance effects.

Transducers for flow or batch control may put out a pulsed / AC signal or a conditioned analog signal such as 0-1 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V. Laurel offers digital panel meters for all signal types normally associated with flow meters, with scaling to display in engineering units, such as Gallons, GPM, or liters/sec. Flow meter capabilities include square root extraction for use with differential pressure flow meters, custom curve linearization, rate from successive readings, totalizing from rate signals, analog outputs tied to the reading, and relay outputs for alarm or control.

Batch control (or batching control) is used for repeatitive fill operations. Laurel batch controllers are available for flow meter signals with a pulse output or an analog output (0-1 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V). Batch control is provided by two relays, one of which can serve as a pre-warn relay to slow down filling near the setpoint. The display can be set to show the current batch total, grand total, number of batches, or flow rate. All displayed values are scaled to engineering units of volume or flow.
